How to Memorize Numbers

In this video I demonstrate a system for memorizing numbers.

I have found it helps to memorize numbers if you can convert the number into a picture. I convert each number into a picture and then create a story to go along with the pictures. I was able to memorize all of the birthdays of friends and my family this way.
